My wife keeps telling me that I have the body of a god…….
Buddha.
Buddha.
This may be a good way around new car tax, stamp duty, import duty, and the complex USA new car dealership regulations.I was of the understanding I was getting a free car with the jacket Not sure where that leaves me now
That's the point, it's retroThe jacket in the picture is an original trialmaster jacket. It’s wax cotton and originally came with a belt.
Definitely not a thing you woukd wear on cloth seats as would make a hell of a mess.
Also it takes about two years to get it comfortable! But once you do they are awesome.
I think fabrics have come along way now so wax cotton probably outdated.

That was the tipping point on my decision to go with a Fieldmaster not a TrialmasterShould we really have to go with the jacket according to IG version, I‘d be happy to trade my fieldmaster jacket for a trialmaster if anyone should be interested.
FeildmasterI prefer the Fieldmaster jacket

And I bought mine in the 70s for around 120 DM, which is about 60 Euros ... but considering the inflation of course today more than that ... ;-)
The best thing was, if you had oil hands you could just wipe them on your jacket.
