Has anyone in the USA received their jackets?

I just got an email from Ineos saying that there will be a delay when claiming my jacket (even though I have never received any instructions on how to "claim" this jacket )

Yeah. I found that funny also. I have spoken to my dealer and IA (multiple times) and then this email. Frankly, i live in the southeast. I don’t need it for months but they do make it seem like they want your jacket to take as long as your vehicle did (3+ years).

I am hesitant about redeeming as I very much intend on waiting for the Trial Master jacket. In theory for those with a TM or FM. I think this might be limited to preorders but not certain.

No. Are you saying your dealership offered you that? My dealership has been very clear that i was to call a number on a posted note they gave me and that would be all the help they would ever provide.

I'll need to put in a call to our Dealer. I am hoping this is their way of showing some sort of appreciation for waiting as opposed to a "replacement" for the Belstaff Trial Master jacket. Heck, even if they wait for 1 full year of "ownership". So long as get what was part of the original order/plan.

I kind of wanted the jacket as it seemed more unique but a little communication would be nice. The irony is if is another one of his companies so you would think they might spend some effort not taking so long. Then again, it is 90 degrees here and i will not need a jacket for six months.

I did receive this but the earlier post implied his dealership was now offering money in lieu of the jacket.

Just gave them a bell and apparently "they are developing a new process to deliver the jacket. This has been ongoing for a couple of months with no idea on when the process will be live".

At least they are staying true to form.......

I do not have it, but I have placed the order. You are given a code. It should have been made and delivered by now, but it isn't. It will arrive whenever, I would rather play with the car!

I don’t disagree. I’d like to get the patch and stuff though. My plan (at least for today) is to order a different piece of Belstaff gear and attach the patch to it. Maybe a vest or rain jacket.
