Forgive the ignorance, but what is “shunt.”
It's also a term used to describe a means of going in an alternative pathway. For example:
In "electrickery" it's a low resistance path around a point in a circuit (https://www.electrical4u.com/shunt-resistors/)
In medicine it can take the form of a thin plastic tube used to drain excess fluid and stop swelling (e.g. from the brain) or the inner ear...
As kids we used watch the "shunters" at work at the main city railway station between platforms...they would join or disconnect carriages /good wagons moving from one train to another ("shunting"). They were inevitably covered in black grease ...it was dangerous work..many got crushed to death over the years because the train would move at the wrong time...

Does the spare slot with the 60A fuse listing (between the 150A and 100A) already have the 60A fuse installed? Or do I need to put one in if I wish to use that slot? I'm wanting to use that spare slot for a 50A Anderson plug for powering the caravan.
It was already installed on mine ~ different from the 5 way fuse box where the unused port is completely empty.

I assume if you've not ticked some of the options more ports may be blank.

SPARE FUSE KIT
My suggested spare fuse kit, look here, is the best I can do. I gave up trying to convince Swe-Check to put together a basic fuse kit for the Grenadier and moved onto other projects.

My suggested spare fuse kit is a good starting point.
Thanks for the list. I ordered the set as recommended. Lucky I did this as I was recently on a moderately remote trip and blew an important fuse ( for power to camper)and because of your list I had a spare. Thanks

COCKPIT ELECTRICAL CENTRE (FUSE BOX 2)

This Fuse Box is located to the left and slightly down from the steering wheel on a right-hand drive vehicle. It has JCase fuses and Mini blade fuses. There are no relays in this fuse box.

JCase fuses used
The Low Profile JCase Fuses (895/PAL Fuses) are rated at 30 amps (1 fuse) and 40 amps (4 fuses).

Warning: there are two models at the various ratings for the JCase fuses, I have not worked out which one is used in the IG.

Mini blade fuses used
The Mini blade fuses are used are rated at 5 amps, 7.5 amps, 10 amps, 15 amps and 20 amps.

Just realized that the JCase ones here are not the low profile ones used under the back seats. They are twice the lengths. ;(

Are you saying Low Profile JCase Fuses (895 / PAL Fuses) are not the correct description for the fuse or you bought the wrong version?

JCase fuses can be normal size and low profile.

I always assume mistake in my side. Also naming here seems different and me searching for 895 returned nothing. Found it in some product documents though, so expected to be good.

The ones I bought after pulling one in the back are these here:

The ones used in the front are these:

So the connections sitting deep in the fuse box, I assumed the low profile ones do not fit.

Top image are low profile fuses, bottom are standard size JCase fuses. I believe only Low profile are used in the INEOS in two fuse boxes, but we have never had any confirmation from INEOS itself (and that will not change). EDIT: JCASE Low profile are used in the battery fuse box, and the longer JCase used in the cockpit fuse box and perhaps the under hood/bonnet fuse box. I am still trying to work it all out.

There is a deliberate lack of fuse information from all the car brands.

Well. So I confirm the EU Diesel version is using the regular ones in the fuse box next to the steering wheel. ;)
