The Perforated sections of metal where their logo is located are separate plates that are screwed on. Nice because you can remove to repaint if needed, or replace with a different tread pattern if desired. Smart design.

Before you tighten everything up, smear the section of the bolt that is inside the chassis with copper slip (grease) and also lightly coat the surfaces that touch the chassis.

Yes, copper slip slathered on the bolts (not the nykoc nut ones) and Fluid Film sprayed between slider and chassis mounts.

It’s 23kg per side. We are a touch lighter than the OEM Rockslider option.

Also FYI, if you pick them up at OK in your Grenadier, you have to rest the box on the shoulders of the front seats to make the box fit and rear doors close.

If you have a roof rack, you can get a mounting-a-rooftop-tent-like workout heaving the box onto your roof.
