With a KO twos 285/70 R 17s, what pressure are you guys running? I was up in the mountains on the highway going to high 80s miles per hour and I got an over pressure warning at 47 pounds. I think it’s just the way the TPS is set. also, what temperature are you guys seeing on your tires? Mine were between 100° and one of them the rear driver was 115. I don’t think that’s overall too hot but considering it was 55° out but I was interesting. Thought that the difference across them was interesting. E Rated tires.

So a buddy of mine brought his grenadier to my office and house today. Both 7’.

If you have a 2.5 lift/ 35’s on 17” wheels you will fit by the hair of you chinny chin chin.

Hello ladies,

Anyone know what the largest tire size is that can be used without rubbing, binding, and without cutting the vehicle to make it fit?

I'm also wondering if there are any options out there for upper control arm replacement to properly lift the truck say... 4 inches, while retaining correct angles.

Lastly... I see that spare tire upgrade size will likely be limited by the left rear access door needing room to open before the right side... looks like about 2 inches further would be the max...?

I recently fitted a set of BFG 285/70R17 Mud Terrain KM3 on factory aluminium wheels. The 285’s are the suggested largest upsize for KM3’s without replacing the rims. Results include: Overall diameter increase, 30 mm bigger than 265/70R17 muddies resulting in greater ground clearance of around 20 mm (3/4 inch) over the A/Ts. Speedo is now more accurate moving from 5% under to 1.5% under. They feel so much better, more positive feel and greater directional control on all road surfaces. Mmmm! Muddies!!! Cheers Pete
