This thread is so awesome to read.

Thanks to you guys for supporting myself and @RyanT !

We set out a year ago to create some cool functional and solid products for the grenadier…. I think it’s safe to say we never expected to see them in the USA so quickly… but it was always a target we had in mind.

OK4wd have really helped us facilitate this and for that we are really grateful and what a great company they are to work with.

We are really excited to bring you guys new product and grow our offering! Thanks again and please do keep sharing your photos.

I’ll be able to tell you in a few weeks how a 3 and 7 year old tackle things. But right now amazingly enough they work it out by hook or crook.

I had the most difficulty with a couple of the forward mount’s bolts, both sides. Accepting variations from vehicle to vehicle, there is no way around this. Looking back, I would loosely fit one front, center and rear bolt to find your most offending hole. Now start assembly with that bolt. I supported the slider on a milk crate with a few pieces of lumber.

Update: Every time we take the Gren my wife still thanks me for the steps.

Installed my Buzz Rock Sliders today. They went on with no issues. Can't wait until late May early June for my Buzz Cargo System to arrive.

Any reports as to how well they function as a step?
Wife and daughter are @ 5'2".

Do you think they would work for them on a stock vehicle?
How about if I went with the Eibach lift?
Lift and 33-34's?

I have a set order. Hopefully they are on a ship by now and will arrive into Nashville this month. My wife is also 5'2", so I will be able to give you her thoughts. The only downside I have seen thus far is the wait.

My daughter has no issues with Buzz steps. She is 5’4”
My 87 year old mother in law also negotiates them very well. Adding the Eibach lift will undoubtedly be more challenging.

My wife is 5'4" and loves them. I'm 6'4". I don't use them getting in but do getting out to save pressure on the seat bolster. Stepping out, for me, is awkward but my wife says they' re perfect.

That's interesting. I'm a little taller than you and I do it exactly the same way. And for the same reason. I also had seat bolsters in the Defender and the entry side was cracked after 10 years.

That’s interesting. I should be 6’4” but my legs are out of proportion with my upper body. Hence only 5’9”

My wife is 5’7 and they have made a huge difference for her. They have made getting in very easy for her. I’m also 6’4 and do exactly what Tom109 and Rovie do.
