Not really the solution you were looking for.
I would say not. On the plus side I can reset the break service, transmission service, I can communicate with the DME The BMW dealership was able to see a lot, but not the oil reset sadlyNot really the solution you were looking for.
That's specialWell I guess my worry about the mileage clicking by and the service indicator won’t be a problem. My odometer seems to have decided it has a problem.
Maybe this is one problem I am willing to ignore for a few yearsWell I guess my worry about the mileage clicking by and the service indicator won’t be a problem. My odometer seems to have decided it has a problem.
My odometer has never worked. But it is displayed up the top. Not a worry.Well I guess my worry about the mileage clicking by and the service indicator won’t be a problem. My odometer seems to have decided it has a problem.
Mine flashes up service overdue every 30 seconds. Whilst not a major issue, it is somewhat annoying.Just hit 10750 miles and the service alert has started.
Can I say what a nothingburger this is. It alerts on startup with a single bong and goes away. For a bunch of so called DIY folks, you guys complaining about this, ADAS, steering whatever - are the biggest bunch of babies I've ever heard of.
Ineos needs to start handing out a box of depends for all of you tools.
I'm at 10867 miles, how many are you at?Mine flashes up service overdue every 30 seconds. Whilst not a major issue, it is somewhat annoying.

Sorry bro, off by 20 years at least.Ok Boomer
About 3k. It was the 12 month service warning,.I'm at 10867 miles, how many are you at?
Well you obviously accept nonsense far too easily. I’ve worked in the automotive industry for the bulk of my life, and the BS Ineos created re inventing the wheel is pure stupidity. But you keep up telling everyone they are wankers for compaliningSorry bro, off by 20 years at least.

Have you tried @Jean Mercier 's method of pushing the button on the end of the turn signal stalk? It is an effective way to silence the warning but must be done each drive.Mine flashes up service overdue every 30 seconds. Whilst not a major issue, it is somewhat annoying.
I had it serviced, that got rid of it!Have you tried @Jean Mercier 's method of pushing the button on the end of the turn signal stalk? It is an effective way to silence the warning but must be done each drive.
Lucky you, I could get it serviced by driving 3500KM and spending 3 days on the road. Kind of sillyI had it serviced, that got rid of it!
Well then he's wrong. Correlation is not causation. Most are already wankers, sans the complaints. If any of the major auto manufacturer's put out a car with such design, assembly and programming flaws, they would be roasted. In this instance SOME extra issues were expected, but the real flaw has been the company response. Maybe they are saving the fixes for a mid model refresh, but on a 10 year run, that's a haul longer than the warranty. But while I'm hoping it'll all be addressed soon so I can get one, I get the feeling they just aren't spending the money. Be prepared to buy it and love it for what it is, or don't. If you're pissed and want to move on, looking at the last BAT, it's 10g bath to get out in the same model year (it was a trialmaster which is good, but the color was bland). The old rule was 20% coming off the lot new to trade back in. That appears close.Well you obviously accept nonsense far too easily.
