I used this picture from a Forum member. I saw these two immediately. I'm wondering if I may have an issue with the switch. Tomorrow, I will run two wires from the battery direct to my wires and see If I get the fogs to switch on. If I do then it may be a switch issue. BTW... what is the switch for the picture attached? I turned on every switch, got nothing.

I almost wonder if those are for EXT5 instead of EXT1. I was looking thru Agile offroad instructions for their light install. Crummy picture, but I found 2 sets of wires. One up but the brake fluid reservoir and the other down on the fender liner.

If you have the aux power option fitted to your car, there are two wire ends under the hood; one for EXT1, the other for EXT5. That picture is showing the aux power switches including EXT5. So which circuit did you connect the lights too, EXT1 or EXT5?

I used those wires on my spotlight install . The heavier 25amp gauge which in my vehicle were midway engine bay depth close to the fender. Definitely Ext5 switch.
Mine is an early 23 model diesel Trialmaster with extended electric package and power switch is not required for mine. Ext5 operates them directly.

Wires in different location between ANZ and US models. Details are in Rok Dr Guide. I know I sound like a broken recorder but the info is in the Guide.

I'm In the field at the end of a flakey internet connection with a random phone signal so have only just read seen your posts.

From the information I have to hand the purple black wire combo is likely the EXT5 25amp under bonnet wiring circuit. Try switching on EXT5 and see if your lights work.

Nice find that pic thank you. The lower set (orange black?) on the fender liner are thinner gauge so i suspect they will be the for EXT1. Ones by the brake reservoir look to be purple black and are thicker.

Cheers
Steve

I only saw two wires purple and black. Today I will take the wires direct to battery terminals to see if it lights up. I turned on all the switches in the car the power too, and no light.
I just went into the garage and turned on Power & EXT5...and the power for my Wolfbox G900 (Dealer Install) turned on. What do you think... Those two wires under the hood were grabbed inside the car and now no power to the purple and black? What other wires are available to use? EXT1 is it in the same spot? I will look for ext1 this morning. Thank you.

The lower set actually looks to be the same purple and black as the upper set, just a smaller gauge. I will get a better look at it tonight and try to verify.

The two wires ends are in the same vicinity, mine were (but I have RHD car). SO start looking in that area, and often on the underside of the loom hidden from view (but that varies).

Sounds like the dealer has cut the wires to install your Wolf box rather than splicing into them. Perhaps have a chat with them to understand the issue.

It looks like the thinner gauge, lower set wires are actually black and light purple with a yellow stripe.

@Rok_Dr , the coolant purge procedure in the supplement appear to be for the B57. It didn’t work for me on a B58. It kept cancelling the process.
I found an old document from somewhere in the forum a while back with a flow chart of the procedure for the B58 and that one worked. These are the steps I used:
  1. Cold engine (coolant <50° C) and levelled car.
  2. Top up both reservoirs to max level, don’t overfill.
  3. Close bonnet.
  4. Handbrake on.
  5. Gearbox in P.
  6. Auto A/C off.
  7. Temperature knob to maximum and Fan to 1.
  8. Turn ignition to on position (engine still off)
  9. Press the accelerator pedal 100% for at least 10 seconds.
  10. Release accelerator pedal and press the brake pedal.
  11. Start the engine within 30 seconds of releasing accelerator pedal.
  12. After a few seconds, “Service Started” appears on the display.
  13. Wait at least 11 minutes. The engine will automatically rev up and down a few times.
  14. After 11 minutes “Service Ended” appears on the display.
  15. Top up coolant in both reservoirs to the max level, don’t overfill.

Thanks for that, appreciated. I'll update the procedure in the next edition.
