Couple of small updates / fixes for the next version:

7.3. Pre-Fuse Box Interior - This section metions the optional 60amp ZCASE fuse is M6. In mine, this 60amp fuse is actually an M8, whereas the 80amp for the high load aux fuxe box is the M6. You can see this in the pictures from fuse / busbar thread. This needs updating in table 5 as well.

Also there are several mentions to the fuse sizes / types being in Table 4, whereas this is actually Table 5 now. References are in sections: 7.3, 7.4, 7.5, 9.2

7 Stud fuse box, you can see all bolts are the same size (M8):

5 stud fuse box, you can see the 80amp on the far right is an M6, whereas left 2 are M8 and then a M10 for the 350amp NATO connection:

There is some variation in stud size and configuration of busbars, so Rok Dr needs to be careful. Those images are my busbars from an AU Spec Trialmaster, Utility Wagon, with some extras. The far right of the 5 stud busbar now has a fuse for the twin ARB air compressor.

Ah, that makes more sense then. My busbars are exactly the same as yours in a 2 seater Trialmaster. I thought the far right stud was an M10 hole. Where did you source the bolt and fuse from or do you use an M8 fuse?

I bought a spare busbar! I used the bolt and then put the rest into my spares kit. It was the only real option I had. I bought the 5 stud, rather than the 7 stud, to save a few dollars. Littelfuse should offer a better alternative. Someone has used a plain bolt, certainly a way cheaper option.

What I should do is get another bolt out of the busbar and go to the Bolt Barn and get them to match it. Then everyone else can save big $

The Littelfuse studs are catalogued by Mouser Electronics but only the M6 is stocked.

M10. PN 908-068
M8. PN 908-067
M6. PN 908-066

In my case too, 8 litres were added during the service but after a few hundred kilometres the high engine oil warning appeared and I had to remove half a litre from the inspection plug using a small tube and a syringe.

Yes. From service vehicle said needed +500ml for offroad. Added said 500ml. Drove for 20 minutes and warning of oil overfull came up. ffs. Removed 250ml and ok.

On an aside. When I did my own oil change I removed 7.1 litres and replaced with the same amount and all was good for offroad level.

I've been away at a conference in Adelaide for the last week so am finally catching up on posts. I met up again with a colleague from NSW there and was pleasantly surprised to find that he also owns a grenadier and is @GeoBike on the Forum.

Anyway back to business. Many thanks for the update suggestions @weeman. As @TheDocAUS also mentioned, I am seeing some variation in the fuse and wiring configurations between vehicles, especially with MY24 cars. From other posts on the forum I thought I had the stud sizes correct but will check against my vehicle now I have some low profile Torx bits and can remove the underseat trims. Good catch on the table cross references as well, the Word cross referencencing had broken for that section.

Thanks for the feedback about off road oil capacities @euroflo. I'll add a note about the additional off road top up but won't put an actual figure in as people are reporting a bit of variation which I can't explain.

Finally if you post links to the manual elsewhere in the forum please link to post #1 on this thread, Don't use the google drive link in post 1 as this changes with each version.

Cheers

Steve

I hope someone on this Forum can give me some direction. I hooked up Fog lamps on the front bumper. I went into the drivers side of the engine bay. I found the Black & Purple wires and connected my black to the black and the white to the purple. There was a bolt sticking out on the steel fender and I put my power relay on it and added a bolt and tightened it down. Is there something more to be done to get the EX1 to turn on my lights? I switched on the power button next to EX1. Is there a fuse for the purple and black wire? Is it already there? This should have been so easy but is wasn't.

Power on? Should be next to EXT1
yes, I turned the power button on and the ignition running, nothing. I wonder if an issue with the purple and black wire, tomorrow I'll go direct to battery leads under the hood, if this works something must be wrong with the purple and black?

Do you have the aux power option, if yes, there are then two sets of wire ends under the bonnet. EXT1 and EXT5. Extract from Guide here:

Both EXT1 and EXT5 are fused. This info is the Rok Dr Guide. EXT5 fuse is located here.

Any chance you got the wires for EXT5 instead of EXT1? I have not gone looking for either set of wires so have no idea how close they are together.

Would they be different colors tho? That is what I was trying to figure out.

The 10 amp wires (EXT1) are thinner than the 25 amp circuit (EXT5). If you see both sets of wires next to each other it is easy to tell the difference.

Probably using different colours to distinguish between different wire ends in the wiring loom, but only INEOS knows that.

I think EXT1 fuse is FI28 (but check). EXT5 fuse location is FL03:
