Just discovered the existence of this manual today. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!
There is some variation in stud size and configuration of busbars, so Rok Dr needs to be careful. Those images are my busbars from an AU Spec Trialmaster with some extras. The far right of the 5 stud busbar now has a fuse for the twin ARB air compressor.
I bought a spare busbar! I used the bolt and then put the rest into my spares kit. It was the only real option I had. I bought the 5 stud, rather than the 7 stud, to save a few dollars. Littelfuse should offer a better alternative. Someone has used a plain bolt, certainly a way cheaper option.Ah, that makes more sense then. My busbars are exactly the same as yours in a 2 seater Trialmaster. I thought the far right stud was an M10 hole. Where did you source the bolt and fuse from or do you use an M8 fuse?
The Littelfuse studs are catalogued by Mouser Electronics but only the M6 is stocked.Ah, that makes more sense then. My busbars are exactly the same as yours in a 2 seater Trialmaster. I thought for the diesel oil it wasCan I make a suggestion for an amendment...
Oil capacity for the diesel at least
on road 7 litres
Off road 8 litres...
So did I but it asked for more,I thought for the diesel oil it was
on road 7l, off road 7.5l
Yes. From service vehicle said needed +500ml for offroad. Added said 500ml. Drove for 20 minutes and warning of oil overfull came up. ffs. Removed 250ml and ok.In my case too, 8 litres were added during the service but after a few hundred kilometres the high engine oil warning appeared and I had to remove half a litre from the inspection plug using a small tube and a syringe.
yes, I turned the power button on and the ignition running, nothing. I wonder if an issue with the purple and black wire, tomorrow I'll go direct to battery leads under the hood, if this works something must be wrong with the purple and black?Power on? Should be next to EXT1
Any chance you got the wires for EXT5 instead of EXT1? I have not gone looking for either set of wires so have no idea how close they are together.yes, I turned the power button on and the ignition running, nothing. Would they be different colors tho? That is what I was trying to figure out.Do you have the aux power option, if yes, there are then two sets of wire ends under the bonnet. EXT1 and EXT5. Extract from Guide here:

Both EXT1 and EXT5 are fused. This info is the Rok Dr Guide.
