Strange. If the missing parts are options, that wouldn't stop getting a RAV (the side indicators of course do) and you could get delivery first and come back to the agent for the fitment of the missing options as a second step. And like many agents they are dealing with multiple brands - and even though I feel I'm the only important customer , I'm not!

Perhaps mine is just too busy to chase it up. He mentioned the need to get a bunch of other cars out the door by the month's end. I guess they have lists of things to do , don't we all?Strange. My agent told me he was waiting on a deliver of side steps (and yes I have ordered side steps) but said you can bring the car back when they (the side steps arrive). My response was..."happy to bring it back to you, I just need to get the bloody car first"!!
My agent beats your agent - he sells 18 other brands besdies INEOS!
Somehow mine has made it on the RAV despite not having had the indicators swapped over yet. Go figure. We have no idea. It's not on the RAV at this stage.
I don't even know which port it offloaded at.
To assume is to make an ass out of u and me!

Car dealers get paid rebates/target bonuses based on vehicles out the door/registered each month.Perhaps mine is just too busy to chase it up. He mentioned the need to get a bunch of other cars out the door by the month's end. I guess they have lists of things to do , don't we all?
Anyway he knows I'm baying and frothing!
My Grenadier went into production in early June and went to the dock to board a ship 2nd July.I have to chuckle at the INEOS processes we are all going (gone) through.
For a comparison: My brother ordered a Ford Ranger back in March. It was manufactured in Thailand 7 weeks ago and will enter the port in Brisbane tomorrow. The dealer said he should have the car 3rd week of September - 10 weeks since it was made!
Wow.Called INEOS this afternoon to vented my frustration that having paid in full, (and recieving no reciept or acknowledgement from them), I still don't know where my Grenadier is, and, more importnaly when can I expect delivery.
40 mintues ago - my agent calls...."your car has arrived, when would you like to pick it up".......um.....as soon as possible please!!
Arrived , with everything fitted and all recall advice attended to?40 mintues ago - my agent calls...."your car has arrived, when would you like to pick it up".......um.....as soon as possible please!!
The Brighton showroom recently seems to be bursting at the seams with display models, I reckon there are a few customer cars being stored in there. I would be going over it thoroughly before driving off.Called INEOS this afternoon to vented my frustration that having paid in full, (and recieving no reciept or acknowledgement from them), I still don't know where my Grenadier is, and, more importnaly when can I expect delivery.

yep - wonder when I would have got eventually got that call from the agent without my morning rant?Wow.
That call really worked.
Everyting fitted - seems to be the case, although the main guy said he hasn't actually seen the car himself yet (apparantly it arrived over the weekend) but, one the service technicans advised him there is a "big box of stuff" for my car - so that must be the accessories that are not attached by factory.Arrived , with everything fitted and all recall advice attended to?
Or do you have a unicorn?
With a big box of extras to be fitted i guess you won't pick it up this arvo. Hope all goes extremely well!Everyting fitted - seems to be the case, although the main guy said he hasn't actually seen the car himself yet (apparantly it arrived over the weekend) but, one the service technicans advised him there is a "big box of stuff" for my car - so that must be the accessories that are not attached by factory.
I forgot to ask if the Roo bar is factory or dealer attached. I also ordered side steps, winch, tow bar and some cargo items.
Recall advice - let's see - however the agent proffered unprompted that all deliveries so far have been OK (they have delivered about 25 so far)
