Front drive shaft broken

30min call with Tom Woods today. Things are moving along at this point. They have agreed that this is something they want to address for us. I am helping to push it along as best I can with designing and motivation.

That said, should we start a list of people that would buy an engineered solution that Tom Woods provides. I'm hopeful we could create an overwhelming list to keep their heads in the game and maybe curb how much I personally have to invest to get the IG market a solution. 😉

My objective is to make a setup that does not use plate adapters. We will be looking at custom flanges on T-case or drive shaft. But no intermediate adapters.

FYI, I am only loosing money on this, I have no financial interest in the project. I just want to move this along and get us the support we need.
Put me on your list. I'll buy one.

If hes just going to do one production run, put me on the list of guaranteed buyers.

Certainly possible it could be a single run, but I am pushing for more.
thing is, i'll likely wear out the tires before i do a lift, as I'm waiting on a specific lift product to hit the market, and if it's one run, even if I don't end up needing it, someone sure will. it aint like I wont be able to offload it.

@Dokatd add me to your list as well as I am already running a modified front drive shaft with the Terraflex CV replacements as we speak.

I am very interested, so please include me on the list of future customers. I have the 2.5" lift and have had no issues yet, but I think this is one of those pay a reasonable sum now, or potentially an unreasonable sum later for repairs to the driveshaft and whatever else it damages when it happens.

Every one counts! 😉
This is great you reached out Tom's. I was planning talking to him in January about if would be interested in building driveshafts. I would be interested in this. Even willing drove the my truck from Durango over to Tom's. shop.
