RDS is a 5 hour drive from home. Conveniently, I have to travel down there for work a few times a year. I set my appointment a month in advance. I dropped the Gren off last Monday, and picked up a loaner. They completed the 12mo service, warranty door seal replacement, fuel level software update, replaced windshield. It was ready for pickup Wednesday morning for return trip. No hassle no delays, no worries. They are still in the temporary facility. My wife joked because our last three moderately "high end" vehicles were all purchased in cheap temp trailers as each was having new facilities built. When we bought the LR4 it was from a trailer in a parking lot because the facility was being built, right next to the temp trailer for the Lamborghini dealer also building a facility.
