Hello everyone, I’m Laurent and after 8 months of excruciating wait I received my green Quartemaster on Saturday! Its name is « Major B », a reference to Major Boothroyd.
It is my first real 4x4 and the plan is to equip it with a camper cell and go off see the world.
I am lucky to be a remote worker, so the QM is supposed to be my mobile office, and also my ham mobile station.
Happy to exchange with all of you, on nice roadbooks or technical tips.
See you out there!
Laurent

Hi Laurent, congrats! What cell did you have in mind? We are currently ending a trip through the americas north + central with a hilux and cell (2 kids and 2 adults) and it was great :)

Looks to be a cool build, will be following this!
Love the camper cell idea, keen to see how your gonne work that out.

Thank you. Probably looking at AluCab for now, or a full custom, depends on what is available, level of equipment, weight etc..! Let’s keep in touch!

Thanks. I just lovethe color of your QM. Saw it in Lokeren the other day (yours maybe?) and nearly regretted my Landy green… See you around!
