Under the front passenger seat. Literally just a couple of 3M velcro command strips. It's really sloppy but it works and moved the extinguisher way down the list of things to do.
Depending on the size of the extinguisher, under the front seat is the most accessible in an area emergency. However, I fabricated a mount inside the rearmost pillar facing forward, as this is dead space and out of the way.
I was concerned about the structural rigidity of the plastic so I fabricated two aluminum backing plates and tapped M 5.0 x 0.9 thread machine screws, plus one additional self tapping screw with a collar. View attachment IMG_5667.jpeg

Used double sided tape to hold the aluminum in place.
The plastic is held in place with several plastic fittings and I was unable to find the last one but had enough room to perform the task. Be careful if you’re prying and drilling because there is a small section of wire loom running up/down the pillar
