Americas Dealer default locations for US pre-order

I'm a proponent of just letting the system work its kinks out... but anyone else still have "Coming soon" for the info on your dealer partner on the Ineos website (and your selected dealer was Triad)?
It says coming soon for me. My build was scheduled for August, but the website does not show "in production" either.

Yes I have spoken to them 3 times. They reached out twice and I called them with a question.
I just shot them an introductory email asking to confirm they have me in their list and to confirm my build specs. I’m still waiting for something concrete from IA customer service after I was told a couple weeks ago I’d have something in 5 business days and then again last Thursday I’d have something in 48 hours.

Don't worry guys, I get that it's new for them too so I'm trying to be patient. They said the manager would reach out when I called last week, though, and that hasn't happened. I sent them an email and will see where that gets me.

The hitch thing seems really odd, as does factory-install items not being handled AT the factory. I suppose if parts like the hitch and snorkel are on backorder but will make it to the dealers around the same time as the trucks it makes sense. But it's still odd.

As an aside, would a current owner please post photos of how the hitch is installed. That is, if it's a bolt-on system or one welded/built-into the frame. Thanks.
Spoke with the Atlanta dealer today regarding the trailer hitch. He responded that they had spoken with Ineos about the trailer hitch and that it may be a software glitch that is not showing the trailer hitch as installed. So potentially good news that they may arrive as ordered.

My dealer Crown Ineos in St-Petersburg Florida called me this morning after emailing the build sheet. Reservation # 14399. December build date now which is great. NAS hitch was omitted as others have noted.

No changes possible this close to build date which is fine. No dealer markups. Justin did say that dealers will be installing certain "factory installed" items such as snorkels, and potentially NAS tow receiver.

Seems they have a website now.... Will drive one soon. They will send docusign for the order later this week it sounds like.

Same dealership and same issue with the hitch. They have been great with communication and updates. I was happy to hear they are selling at MSRP.

I’m hoping to get out there before the end of the month to test drive one of the demos they are supposed to receive this week. I have a February build so I have a little time.

A few have posted that their pre order spec sheet shows they ordered the tow package, but then on the confirmation with the dealer, it doesn’t show. Can you check over the orders you already have and see if that’s the case for everyone?

Thanks!
I'm not sure if you've received the answer to this yet but this is what I was able to find out. The hitches will be factory installed. IG is aware they are missing from some build sheets but it seems like a reporting issue. They are still being built correctly from the communication I received.

Anybody have a working email for the Seattle dealer?

For those of us in the Northeast, I understand that our default dealer is RDS Auto Group. They have locations in Philadelphia and a dealership in Greenwich, CT. Greenwich is closer to me. Do you think they will assign my vehicle to Greenwich? Does anyone have a good contact at RDS I can reach out to?
Hello Chad,

We do have a Lamborghini dealership in Greenwich CT but our Ineos dealership will be in Devon PA. This will be our only location. If you have any questions please let me know!

Ok. Just got a call from the dealer. Apparently the rep I spoke to when I called missed putting my details in for contact, so the manager had him call me back today after I emailed. Seems like an honest mistake and I'm now able to text him with questions and he'll let me know news as he gets it. Time frame is now Late December or Early January, which could move up if shipping is quick.

All is well in the PNW and I'm looking forward to working with the EB team.

@MossyIG, so we're hoping that is the case. But what happens if it is not? The buyers should get what they ordered and not pay for any additional cost. Is this something that you can check? Thanks much!

Hello Bruce, so for your updated delivery time frame, is that earlier than previous estimate? I was told that mine will be early next year. Thanks much!

Initially I was told late Q1 or early Q2. With a July build date I was a little concerned with that shipping time. Christmas ish is way better.

Also... "Standard Tax, license - tabs and document fees , No second sticker or Mark up"

Since Washington has a capped doc fee at $200 it should be a smooth purchase experience.

Wow! July build date should put your car by your front door in November! I think you will have a wonderful present before Christmas!!!

The IG Regional Sales Rep provided that info so I'm sure hitches are factory installed. I have also received an internal list of factory options and dealer installed accessories which confirms that hitches are being installed at the factory.

Who did you speak with? Earl is my assigned rep. I ended up calling yesterday since I wasn’t getting any concrete information from IA Customer Service and the dealer email address kicked back my message.

Earl said they had my contact information and went through my build sheet line by line and confirmed it matched my build. The issue is that my ore-order was never confirmed so apparently I don’t have a spot in line…Earl said not to worry because he would be able to bump my order in the line. I don’t understand how my order was never confirmed. Here is my timeline:

March 9, 2023 - Reservation placed and confirmation email received.

June 6, 2023 - Pre-order placed and confirmation email received.

June 13, 2023 - Build spec revised and new pre-Oder confirmation email received. I spoke with IA Cusyomer Service and they confirmed the June 6th pre-order was cancelled and the one from the 13th as valid.

I have not received any further order specific emails with build slot or VIN, just the generic update/Q&A emails. I’ve called and emailed multiple times and was told my order is active and they would contact me when they have the build scheduled.

Up to this point I’ve been very patient, but after reading on here of multiple members getting VINs, build info, and projected delivery dates when they ordered after June without a Reservation I’m starting to get concerned. I’m hopeful my dealer can sort it out, but this isn’t instilling confidence in me…

Earl is my rep. I was a September 29 pre order, one of the first in the US, which is why I have a VIN (I think I read somewhere that the first 15 for each dealer have VINs). I wouldn't worry too much if you don't have specifics. they have their hands full just getting the shop off the ground. I was frustrated by the lack of contact but that's sorted out.

Did they give you a timeline on the Delivery since you have the VIN and assuming it was built 08/2023?
