Imagine what the news could look like in a few weeks:

“Last night the Traviata sank two miles from Brisbane harbor where she was to unload hundreds of new grenadiers. But one of the customers, Dave B., told us that he no longer cares because all the money he made selling his house and was going to use to pay for his new car turned out to be counterfeit money."
2 miles out is within reach.
I would engage all 3 lockers, low range and just drive it ashore.

That's interesting agent told you they are doing the software update (1945) next week.

I texted my agent last Thursday asking him when I could come in for the update & to attend to a couple of "issues" - radio silence

My experience with texts is that they evaporate into the vacuum of space.

The only way is to ring the main switchboard and ask to be put through.
I tried that a couple of times when I was in your current mode, (i.e. ever increasing circles of frustration after full payment mode), spoke to a lovely young receptionist, she put me through....it went to voicemail
