I know of no other dealer with such a "Natural" parking area - love it compared to all the concrete we are surrounded by. What town are they located in?? Far, far, far outskirts of Danbury??

Rivian R1S. I didn’t expect to get anywhere near what the KBB trade in value is, but they quoted well below even the lowball Carvana offer I already got….

How did you determine whether it was a lowball? Did you try and get a quote from carvana / autotrader / carmax?

Because KBB trade in Value for Rivian R1S is ~88, Carvana will give me 77.5, it is too new for Autotrader and Carmax, Curry would only be 71-73

Not sure what state you are in… but selling to Curry and getting the net purchase price on your Grenadier post trade in may help on the tax bill. Could offset the delta and make it easier for you to just trading in. In NYS, I know this could help depending on the situation.
