I am trying to decide which of the above providers to go with for a long range fuel tank and would be interested in people's thoughts and experiences in regards to pros and cons of one vs the other. Thank you

Brown Davis have announced a tank (Wagon and QM), but I cannot find a Long Range Automotive product.

LRA have fitted 68L tanks to some SWs

Not mentioned on their website but maybe send a message via facebook?

Yes, you are right, LRA are finalising their development and getting back to people who have emailed asking about it. I am working to get to the bottom of which of the two is likely to be the better option prior to making the decision on which to install

Nothing has been finalised for a petrol tank from Long Range America yet that I’m aware of and Brown Davis tank is approved for diesel only I think. I’m awaiting correspondence from Long Range America myself once their design and testing is finalised.
Having the auxiliary fuel tank or not will govern how I kit out the rest of the Grenadier.

Yes, as far as I am aware neither has done petrol yet. There is also a manufacturer in South Africa that has made an auxiliary tank and it seems because of not having the ad blue there they manage to fit 90 litres in. I am not sure whether theirs is diesel or petrol. Mine is diesel so am looking for a solution for it atm.

90l of petrol in an auxiliary would be good 👍🏼
