Judging by the dress standards I witnessed while waiting for a family member at Brisbane airport... a Belstaff jacket plus speedos and thongs for footwear would pass for 'smart casual'.
Granddaughter's Year 11, high school "semi-formal' dance was on last week. Her 'beau/boyfriend' fronted up in a pair of slacks and an open neck collared shirt... !!! what with the recent death of Queen Elizabeth, there's a lot of talk from the usual suspects about a republic and a so-called "classless" society: Judging by the dress standards they certainly have a society already with very little class!

It is now snappily short.
And I now have the gray temples that one has, for example, as a Porsche driver. I do however not have the money of a standard Porsche driver.

In face of about 320.000 cigarettes I smoked in my life, I'm still in pretty good shape.

But I stopped smoking three years ago. Now I'm "vaping".

Still not optimal, but
- costs less (20ct/day)
- no more tar
- no more carbon monoxide.

In particular the latter two are a 90% improvement over smoking. And I'll hopefully soon quit vaping as well.
