AUTOMOTIVE GAUGES
In Australia the main automotive gauge makers are Redarc and SAAS. The Gauges can monitor EGT, boost gauges, voltage gauges, oil pressure, speed, air/fuel mixture, etc. Redarc and SAAS also make gauge pods. There is no custom pillar pod for these gauges to fit the Grenadier yet. Hopefully 4X4 Concepts will do so in time (I have asked them).

Added to Part 2.

SWITCHES, SWITCH PANELS, ETC.
Many of switches seen on 4X4s are Carling type switches (now owned by Littelfuse) also called rocker switches. Australian sources of these switches include:
  1. Lightforce, which has an extensive range of switches and switch panels, including custom printed switches, switch fascias (panels), USB chargers, UHF passthroughs, etc;
  2. SAAS, which has an extensive range of switches and switch panels, especially Carling Panels;
  3. STEDI, which has an extensive range of switches and panels;
  4. Baintech, rocker switch panels;
  5. Enerdrive, water resistant rocker switches. Which I think are made by Blueseas Systems who also make Condura Switches, Toggle Switches, Rocker Switches and Rotary Switches;
  6. Narva, with both switches and panels, like Sealed LED rocker switches, OEM styles switches, Toggle Switches and more;
  7. Specialist panels like Razed Products panel for your air compressor switch and outlet, UHF pass through adapter by GME, etc.

Anyone interested is a selection of battery boxes? Not everyone wants a dual battery setup permanently in the car.

Update:
  1. No interest in battery boxes, so they will not be added;
  2. Revised Auto gauges and Switches with some minor updates; and
  3. Contact has been made again with Plasweld, hopefully product will be available before too long.

Hi Doc Aus,

Came across another company with an Australian distributor for Ineos Grenadier. Though you might want to review and if all ichecks out kosher add an update the list.

Whole bunch of aftermarket support items including 4 types of rock slider/ steps.

Love the ABNTR sliders. Best looking ones so far in my opinion. Similar shape to how off-road animal do theirs. But man eye watering price to go with it.

Cheers Chris 🍻

Thanks I will add it. It looks like it may need to go into a few categories, so it may take a day or two. EDIT: They have so much INEOS gear it may take a week or two! It looks like they are bringing in a lot of European gear.

EDIT2: not so excited now you are costing me money with that link :)

Further to Chris's comments, I grabbed the ABNTR4x4 rock sliders from Dirk who runs 4x4Outdoor Tuning based in Coffs Harbour (no affiliation). Great service from Dirk and the Rock sliders are brilliant. They are different in that the lower plastic panel needs removing from the lower sill and there is some trimming of the front and rear guards but the quality of manufacture (they are powder coated stainless steel) and the fit is spot on. There is some "fiddling" required when bolting the slider to the supports and the first one naturally took longer than the second one.

Yes, they are more expensive then some others but they don't reduce the ground clearance and whilst the width of the slider would not be considered a "side step" as such they do provide some help with stepping up and down and the design certainly protects the lower sills.

For those interested they even have a vid on Youtube showing the fitment process.

I was looking closely at rock slider, thanks for the link and images. EDIT: just watched the video - impressive rock sliders and their engineering - wow.

I think you two just convinced me which rock slider to buy in due course. Thank you kindly. I will just take a deep breathe when I buy them, then I will forget about the price as they will give many years of service.

As has often been quoted on here, buy right, buy once! And when you have all the parts in your hands you can see and feel how well they are engineered and made.

I've used them and they seem to be a good company. Seemed very customer focussed and have some excellent gear.

One thing I purchased was https://www.4x4outdoortuning.com.au...access-storage-hatch-for-ineos-grenadier.html. Rather expensive but a great improvement on the OEM plastic covers for the jack cubby hole
