I asked to my dealer the wiring diagram for the installation of an invertor, knowing that Ineos has it. That's what I got:Has Ineos released a wiring diagram as yet?

Again: do they really think I am stupid!
Insisted that this isn't a wiring diagram, no response yet.
Not funny. That's almost certainly how it's like. The conversation went like this
... hey intern, Jean is looking for the wiring diagram. Intern looks around see a diagram with wires on it and says perfect. Sends it to Jean
It’s a pretty established and qualified focus group for sure.Yes, well I don’t think anyone’s going to leap to the defence of these comms. They are a disaster.
A bunch of middle-aged blokes of mostly professional/technical backgrounds, all enthusiast early adopters.
We must be one of the most demanding customer cohorts ever assembled.
Do you mean the "Ineos lurkers" or do you mean "we"It’s a pretty established and qualified focus group for sure.
You just have to read and interpret replies from people that have a vested interest in their reply.Do you mean the "Ineos lurkers" or do you mean "we"
(By the way: still happy with that new word I learned on this forum, "lurker", )
We of course. And I know some ineos employees have their own grenadiers as well and they are all welcome to the focus group meetupsDo you mean the "Ineos lurkers" or do you mean "we"

Yes, I met one of them personally, before he got his Grenadier - very nice guy by the way.We of course. And I know some ineos employees have their own grenadiers as well and they are all welcome to the focus group meetups
Truly a crucible test for quality control for IA.Yes, well I don’t think anyone’s going to leap to the defence of these comms. They are a disaster.

It's a fear thing. Why aren't they more open in their communication?
As far as I know it, it was the agents which blocked customer access to the manuals and direct parts ordering. Why do we have to beg for something that they promised us?
Jean my friend i can tellI asked to my dealer the wiring diagram for the installation of an invertor, knowing that Ineos has it. That's what I got:

Ah, do we have a part number please @Tinki ?Jean my friend i can tell
You that is not it . Because it is missing the actual pigtail for the inverter .
This is what you need see below .
My pigtail arrived at the dealer last week . Now only missing the actual inverter and the panels .
Weird and wonderful parts trickle in no complains from me . INEOS overloads seem to be favoring me . Ahahhaah
Here you go my friend . Same cable for 400W and 2000WAh, do we have a part number please @Tinki ?
That is still not an electrical diagram, but at least it shows something more, thanks for that!Jean my friend i can tell

I have an invertor, not an "Ineos" one, but wanted to understand the electrical setup.
I suppose they have also some kind of relay, like the Albright relay for the NATO Relay i
