It is almost charming that you have to engage with the vehicle before rolling out. Kind of like using a choke or magneto switch in really old vehicles. It is simply part of the ownership experience.
95% of buyers don't get misty eyed over such arcane features but I get your point.
A mall crawler soccer mom tank it is not.

I never expected a software update that would eliminate the nanny alerts and happily bought a Grenadier anyway. It is almost charming that you have to engage with the vehicle before rolling out. Kind of like using a choke or magneto switch in really old vehicles. It is simply part of the ownership experience.

As the others have mentioned before, if you're stopped on a hill, and the engine is OFF, the truck WILL roll backwards before the engine starts back up. It happened to me several times early on, before hitting this button became automatic. So while this feature may be fuel-saving, it is unsafe - not generally, but in INEOS' implementation in the Grenadier.

So... This does not appear too complicated to me:

Mounted Owl Talon Wheels and 285/70-R17 BFG KO3. Perfect balance for stock ride height I think.

I kept the spare rim stock as I wanted continued use of the rear cubby compartment for recovery gear.

I optioned secondary Apex Quick deflate valves (the rims have 2 valves) They are awesome. You can drop 3lbs in less than 3 seconds.

I optioned secondary Apex Quick deflate valves (the rims have 2 valves) They are awesome. You can drop 3lbs in less than 3 seconds.
Looks brilliant with the wheels matched to the roof. Really first rate. I wish more wheels had two valve holes. Otherwise to use the Apex valves you have to ditch the TMPS sensors. And I might have to copy the way you colored the Grenadier logo on the spare tire storage bin. So good.

how did you color the grenadier logo on the spare tire insert? Looks legit! Decals?

Ceramic coated it....first time I've ever done it to a vehicle, so far pretty impressed with the results.....

"Full metal jacket".😎.. Custom Offroad 4mm SS bash plates Black Friday sale.: f/r diff, rear control arm pivots , sump/ transmission and t/f case. Was able to crawl around sufficiently to "lever" the heavier plates into place and loosely bolt in position prior to final tensioning. I'll sleep well tonight🙄
EDIT: Was most impressed that 14/20 bolt holes tapped and threaded during vehicle production, 4 bolts plus nylocs into existing brackets and remaining 2 for the t/f case plate piggybacked on to the existing (middle) attachment points for the LHS side runners.
All in all a satisfying task for an old bloke!🤣 (according to ageing neighbour!)

It's a solid product. I did have to tap one of the diff threads though. No big deal.
