What did you do with your Grenadier today?

A Tristar in

A Tristar in Saudi?
Indeed, based in Riyadh - Gulf War 1. 216 Squadron had one TriStar tanker in theatre during the war, initially with one crew, either ZD949 or ZD951. Most flying hours in one month I ever achieved. A long long time ago now though, the last of the RAF fleet were chopped up last year (absolutely brilliant machine).

  • Drove my Grenadier home ...
  • Or got my Belstaff Trialmaster jacket ...
Which statement is true?

I've bypassed beer and gone straight on the wines. I don't normally 'do' ordinary but tis only Thursday and this red diesel is bullet-proof.

So here's to Jean, derrier en haut (terrible attempt at bottoms up)

I’d never heard of the Grenadier until end of Dec last year. In all of the off-road, 4WD vids I’ve watche, the Grenadier slipped through the cracks!
I was partially in that boat myself. I had seen it before maybe a year or two back but blew it off because I had thought it was yet another insanely priced 110 restomod, in passing / skimmed over pictures.

I then came across a mysterious interior picture showcasing the overhead panel and the dual sun roofs and I just had to investigate what I was looking at ...

In the queue for diesel at Costco, Leicester, UK, I was asked what Land Rover was that? (Scarily, it took £90 to fill it).

My colleagues think it is too posh for me...................................and are offering to drive it instead.

If you was in the fuel queue, you should have told them it is the new electric model !!
