Should be "Dear Mr Mercier" or "Dear Jean"
I don't like the language, should be Dutch and French, and to be fair also German. Not "only" English, that isn't a national language.

Not been to the finalised showroom yet, but at least one of cars delivered had it (steering wheel)! But the seats, I don't know!
