Yes that's what occurred to me and I wondered if it might be due to the chemicals used for stain resistance not meeting US standards or the fact that the EU recently changed its 50-year-old flame retardant standard that was based on US rules?I'm thinking the text referenced the fabric seats with vinyl.

Hm.. I ve got a few of these around.. they re kept in their place by a thin plastic / wire and some high voltage..And have a complete disregard of my fences and dry stone walls together with the consequential impact on my wallet!!
Yeh, I've had to resort to electric fence on some of the ring fences. Much to the annoyance of my dry stonewaller. I'm slowly getting rid of all the barbed wire that's on fences, nasty stuff, and replacing with an electric top wire.Hm.. So perhaps you add some electric fence to yours .. should be cheaper in the long run instead of continuously repairing classic fences.
Alternative is razor wire. but not ok for cow hide if used later.
Good boy.But I have found a direct link for you and updated my posting accordingly.
