So this popped into my feed.

What does *Not available in North America mean?

Edit embedded image removed, Recaros statement has been amended, the USA will now be receiving seats in their Grenadiers!

Potentially they mean the Grenadier is not yet available in the US

In that case shouldn't it just be:
*Not available anywhere yet.
Well at least you can place an order elsewhere, getting it delivered is another matter

US spec will be fitted with BECABD seats, provided via Aliexpress, in a deal negotiated by Hunter Biden with 10% for the "Big Guy."
Hahaha, better than the Trump logo everywhere and made by US workers that never get paid. "These are the greatest seats ever made. I asked Ivana, I said Ivana, have you sat your beautiful butt on these seats. I mean, she's my daughter but have you seen a butt like hers, right? If I wasn't her father, I would grab her, well you know where I would grab her. Anyways, there are no better seats in the world."

Actually I hope I can bolt some Scheelman seats in it! Got some in my G and they’re awesome!

Challenge might be the side curtain airbags?

It’s very common that some Recaro branded seats used in European built cars have not been available in the US. If I remember correctly from the last car I had this happen in (Ford Focus RS), it was an integrated airbag issue. Required in the US. Not available from Recaro. That would be my guess. We will get some other (often lesser) version of the seat. Hope I’m wrong.

Getting different seats would be a bummer given all we’ve heard about them. Recaro does make airbag seats according to their website, so maybe that’s what we’ll get? But I thought the seats IA are using already had airbags.
