Let’s talk CupHolders

Now THAT would be a good use of the aircraft tracks on the outside.
Whatever happened to the shitting log? Did it die with Norsemen?

Will the stock center consule cup holder handle a standard Nalgene, Large Hydro, small thermos? One of my favorite things about my Tundra is the size of the cup holder.

I have a set of these and they are the second-best investment I've made for overall "usability" of my cab, right behind the video rear-view mirror. They can hold basically every kind of travel mug, as well as regular household ceramic mugs if you have one with a lid, and will easily fit a 1-Litre water bottle (which is what I use it for the most).

All you people dismissing cup holders are probably really dehydrated :D
 
When I've done long distance journeys in hot weather, I found the best solution to keeping hydrated was one of these, with the bite tube attached to the seat belt. Little and often sips was the way to go:

I find several of these after a long trip helps me re-hydrate

do you get any plastic taste with that? I've got a camelpak and tastes like I'm chewing plastic
