Retiring 89 LC after towing Turtleback for 10 years. I think I’ve found a suitable replacement. 🤪

Hey there, I put it in another thread - but took delivery yesterday and it was awesome. And....I love the vehicle.

A huge shout out to KO - I've been there 3 times, and everyone I meet is just incredible.

Congratulations! Have fun with the Grenadier!

What are you waiting for? Sh*t or get off the pot 😆
Fortunately for old people, US 50 NV is the Loneliest Road in America and Dewey Bridge CG, Cisco, UT was empty. You're just jealous because you don't have a stick shift.

Hey Guys! Just pulled the trigger this week with Andy at KO. Order 43439! Due around Christmas. At 55 years old this is the first new vehicle which I will have bought for myself. I always bought my ex a new car and would take the hand me down.

KO does have a handful of trucks in stock, but after a year of pouring over the details, I kinda have my heart set on my build with Sela Green with the Scottish White roof and Halo Red frame.

this vid is hotter than pornhub.

I did go with full lockers, which I am sure sometime in up up state NY, VT, or NH, I would regret not doing some day. But just regular tires to hold down cost in short term.

I did go with the Saddle Leather package, which seems excessive at $800 but is as dead sexy as the red frame. Hard not to get the ladder.

I debated Safari Windows, but in the end for thrift and a quieter rider and long term maintenance did not go with... as awesome as the view is with them.

The remaining question will be ceramic coating which I am leaning towards or wrap. I wonder what this would render like with a matte wrap.

A blaze orange nose and rear door wrap, still bounces around in my head like early release photos.

Cheers,
PIKE

Hi Pike, bold colour combination. But I think it's good if we all have different tastes and tolerate each other's preferences. I like the variety of colour combinations. I have a Magic Mushroom and have been riding a Shale Blue for a few days now. I didn't like the colour at first. But now I like it.

I don't recall being as conflicted as I was on choosing an IG color as any other vehicle I have purchased.
