Handsfree poor

Is anyone else's handsfree calling a bit poor. Customers are struggling to hear me.

Yep . Dont know where the mic is but have the same complaint from callers

I am having no issues with volume or clarity. I've overtly asked for any criticism of call quality etc on the phone with close friends.

65MPH + using apple CarPlay I'm having a comfortable conversation at volume 7.

I'm not sure how to check any of those sub settings or software version yet but I'm happy to go thru them later today - try to establish a base line for others. RTGT did program my FAV button to ADAS so I wouldn't be shocked to learn that they optimized some other settings.

My hands free was pretty good on Bluetooth/IOS but since the software update I have not had one positive experience. I have had a browse to see if I can fine tune hands free but so far, found nothing to adjust. Early days so not too perturbed.

@McPharmer II did you notice any detail or markings noted on the mic plugs when you dropped the overhead panel?

Hi Mark, how did. you Open the overhead switch panel? Is there and trick to do so?

Same issue here. Using IPhone on CarPlay. I can hear fine , person on the other side complains of how I sound . They complain of background noise.

same problem for me.... I can't use the phone while driving

I've an iPhone 12 connected only with bluetooth.
tomorrow I'll try to connect with apple car play but for me is a microphone problem
