Hey Guys! AJ From GP Factor. Excited to be a part of this forum as a vendor and lifetime member!

If you are unfamiliar with GP Factor, we produce high end vehicle parts and camping gear in the USA. We have prided ourselves on making parts that do not compromise on quality, and provide years of hard use. We had announced earlier this year that we will be making a full line of parts for the Ineos Grenadier. Currently, we produce one of the best folding tables on the market. We are excited to announced and give you all a sneak peek to the version we will be releasing for the Grenadier! This table is currently based on the same proven design we have made for years for Jeeps, Campers, Broncos, and Land Cruisers. It will be sized and specifically designed for the Grenadier. The specs of this table for your Grenadier as follows:

  • NO drilling or modification. This will use the existing factory bolt riv-nut locations so installation is super easy. You could even use your factory mounting hardware.
  • It will come with our patented cableless hinge design that is both durable and easy to use.
  • Table is made from food Grade 304 stainless
  • One handed dual latch design for easy closing and opening
  • All tables include a ½” bamboo cutting board that can be removed for cleaning or flipped over for dual sided use.
  • We will be releasing a second version of this table that will have a compartment built into the backer (like the factory plastic piece)
FULL LISTING FOR THIS TABLE CLICK HERE: GP GRENADIER FOLDING TABLE

We will be opening up preorders for these in a few weeks and plan to ship the first batch in January/Early February 2024. I have also included in this post some pictures of our existing tables for reference.
You can also find a lot more pics, videos, and other media on our existing tables on our Instagram or website - @gp_factor

We will be releasing other products soon (maybe some stuff you all have been requesting…) for the Grenadier so keep an eye on our vendor area of the forum and also subscribe to our email list as well on our website – Gpfactor.com

Thanks and let me know if you have any questions! Cheers,

Looks great, A.J. Well done. I'd love to see a pic of the five pieces of the unit separated so that I can better visualize how everything comes together.
Yeah man of course. Ill try to take apart the one on my truck but we have a ton we are prepping for Expo. Another new big thing for Grennys coming out this week at expo on top of this. If I cant get the time to take the one apart I have on the truck, ill get a CAD explosion file together to show you guys on here.

A CAD explosion file would be great, but no need to take your installed one apart just for a pic. I'm sure the opportunity will come along to get a pic of one unassembled as you ramp these up.

yeah so we wanted to price it so it was not more expensive. $1799.99 and free shipping.

As far as a comparison: Not sure what materials are used or what steel is used for the factory bar, but it is 100% made in China. Ours is fully made in the USA. The factory pillars are hollow, and it is definitely massed produced as far as the welding quality from the ones that I have seen. Welding can go either way. I have had some pretty crap weld jobs done for me in the past and stuff breaks easily if not done properly. We have one of the best welders in house with over 20 years of experience that made sure these are welded for maximum strength, durability, and astheticis. Not sure what the finish is on the factory one. We sand blast, zinc primer, and text black powder. All the hardware included is A4 Marine grade stainless. M12 bolts for the brackets, and New M10 screws and M6 screws for the bumper.
Nice work! How many units are you planning for your first run?

So, these five pieces are assembled with just four bolts. How about adding one more in the middle of each post, making it six bolts in total? Or, two bolts at the top and two at the bottom, four on each post, for a total of eight?

I’m not an expert in structural design, but this would make it feel stronger.

The four is completely sufficient with how we designed it. It will not break or fail at the bolts. The factory bumper will get destroyed before this does. They are m12 bolts that have about 70,000+ psi tensile strength, and a sheer stength on the M12 of about 33kN. We would add more 100% if it was necessary. 👍

2. Bull bar first batch sold out in a week - appreciate all the support. Those will ship middle to end of November - taking orders for second batch currently which will only
Be about three weeks after first batch. Planning pre Christmas.

I don't think the bolt count would stop me if I wanted it.

Step 1) drill hole.
Step 2) Insert fastener.

Voila.

Well all the stuff we make now (at least winch kit, bull bar, fender plates) will all work with quartermaster. I’m sure we will come up with some other stuff as time progresses…

@GPFACTOR hi AJ, I tried googling on the comeup website but couldn't find the information. Is there a published duty cycle for the winch you are using?

On the topic of the winch, why does the GP-Factor webpage for the item list the included winch as a Seal Slim 12.5rs model in a couple places and then as a Seal Slim 12.5k model in two other spots? I'm assuming the 12.5k reference is the right one, since the 12.5rs model is an actual Comeup model one could buy off the shelf (which would have been ideal for future drop in replacement, but I get it why one had to be custom designed to fit the space).

Good Morning all,

We have another new product release this morning. Cheers!

We are proud to introduce another awesome accessory for your Ineos Grenadier, our Rear Door Accessory Mount! This mount required no modification to your rig, and mounts in the same spot as the factory ladder. This is a great add-on to your Grenadier if you do not have the rear ladder, and are looking for a great place to mount a variety of accessories. We designed the mount to be as low profile as possible so accessories like Rotopax and Propane tanks do not stick out past the spare tire. The mount is constructed of .125 Stainless Steel, with a durable Textured black powder finish. The Mount comes with a standard Rotopax Mounting pattern that can accept just about any Rotopax accessory, or other mounts (like our propane mount) that have that same pattern. The kit comes with spacers, specifically sized for each mounting hole. The spacers allow the mounting bracket to sit on the spacers , and not crush the rear door plastic panels or body on the bottom of the door. Included with the spacers for the mounting holes is a series of rubber O-rings to insure a proper fit to the factory mounting locations.
*ROTOPAX MOUNT NOT INCLUDED*
SPECS:
Material - .125 Stainless Steel / ASA UV Rated Polymer for the spacers
Finish – Textured Black Powder Coat
Hardware – Stainless M8 BH Screws, SS washers, Oil-Resistant Buna-N O-Ring

About to pull the trigger on a couple of your products and have a couple of questions about the Rear Door Accessory Mount...

1) How much weight can the mount handle? I assume no more than 2/3rds of the door's capacity as it uses only 4 of the 6 mounts.

2) What's the largest Rotopax fuel can that can be carried without limiting the door's openingn?

3) How much space is there between the large accessory mounting surface and the rear door skin where the "lambda" is? - i.e. - .125"? .250"? etc.

4) RE: Grenadier Fender Plates - Do they add enough strength to stand on the fenders with only the HSB tape?

Thanks!

It’s just nomenclature. The 12.5k just abbreviating that it’s a 12,500 lb winch rating. The model from come up is I guess technically designated as a 12.5RS. R is I believe the designation for wireless remote capable, and S for synthetic line.
