This whole thing is wild! It is a bit concerning how quickly they would deny a warranty claim over 5k overdue axle oil. Seems petty, especially since the owner doesn't live anywhere near a dealership and we are now not allowed to do our own maintenance.
So what are we supposed to do if out exploring, hundreds or thousands of miles from the nearest dealer when the service indicator comes on? Park it? Or tow it to the nearest dealer to ensure we don't lose our warranty coverage? GTFOH. Ineos needs to learn how to play better with consumers and sometimes take a hit to keep the customer happy.
Being a hard ass on warranty claims will only get you a bad rep. And God help you if you have any mods and they are this strict.
