Had my second service today at my dealer, 40000 km (41035 to be exact). He noticed some damage that I hadn't seen, oops

The wet part is NOT oil but water, it was raining heavily when I drove to the workshop.

He made also a software update of the head unit and I have know the software version 689002940.

BUT, the service warning still keeps coming up, even after my service, and this is now without interruption since September last year. Very annoying.
See the video I made after coming home

I asked my dealer to make a ticket with Ineos.

Fortunately I have a "temporary fix", see my post here:
Oopsy  ! My left rear bumper corner is a few millimeters closer to the vehicle than the rt following an off roading event - wasn't aware of it for several weeks :).

My diff cover is bent just as yours so I’ve now put a diff cover protection plate on.

Put on my INEOS 1 license plate

I installed the Dissent rock sliders

Then drove it to the glass shop for a new windshield. I only got to use the rock sliders/steps once so far. :(

Now onto buying a brush guard but need to finalize which one to go with.

Yes, that's probably what I should do before doing a next trip!
Thanks for the advice.
My diff cover actually moved a bit after the knock so causing a small slow leak. Diff cover plate had to be loosened off and repositioned then diff topped up with oil. The diff covers from Almont4wd are substantial and good value in my view.

I'm using your method with the stalk end button to clear mine. But I think I've found another way. I need to check first in the morning to make sure that playing with the stalk end button hadn't influenced what I was doing.
When the "service internal" appears at startup,
select settings, vehicle, vehicle information, service interval. And then just come straight out by selecting one of the main options, eg audio. The service interval notification disappears until.the next engine start.

Yesterday I met up with @PC01 at the Renegade Brewery for a couple beers and some Grenadier talk 🍺🍺. Great to catch up with you mate and enjoyed the travelling tales 🍻View attachment 7869712
The narrow width of Euro parking stalls never ceases to amaze me... Possibly one of the things I'm looking forward to the least about driving in the EU next week :ROFLMAO:

Wait until you find out that some uk councils are banning/fining owners for cars over 5 metres. They seem to be totally out of touch with reality and size of modern day vehicles.

It certainly doesn’t leave much room to open the door. If you’re a big fella then you may struggle to get out. 😂

Many home owners associations in the US have implemented fines/towing for vehicles >5.8m, or with a GCWR (total weight of vehicle + max weight of trailer) of 4500kgs for parking anywhere within the neighborhood (including on your own drive or in your garage); which pretty much negates every full size pick up truck (length) and any non-compact SUV (GCWR)... Real quite wild

Hilariously pathetic, the bit about not even being able to park such a vehicle in your own garage is priceless. Perhaps a motion should be tabled to ban gawdy or bad taste furniture from the estate as well.

Luckily in the UK we don’t really suffer from associations like this where people seem to roll over to the perceived power of these wooden tops.

What I do t understand is why people would buy a property in these kinds of places, or are they some kind of utopia with the odd bizarre ruling ?

If it is outdoor furniture, that is absolutely a ban-able item. These associations generally have final say over anything that is visible/audible/etc in reference to your entire property.

Unfortunately they have become common place, and finding a neighborhood that doesn't have one is far more rare than the alternative.

But anyways, in regards to what I did with my Grenadier today... I looked at it sitting in the drive and walked passed it several times, then logged into the Victron remote management website to make sure the aux battery is still at an acceptable level since it has been a few days since I drove it (Fridge and 5G hotspot running continuously)

Castle doctrine may allow a man to shoot dead a trespasser, but a man’s home is really only his castle if he drives a small car and displays beige curtains to his neighbours. 🤣

Surprisingly, I don’t hear about HOA nonsense in relatively socialist Canada. Except in apartment buildings, which seems a bit more justifiable.

Someone said it well - HOAs are for people who don't have enough government in their lives. I'll never live where I'm subject to that kind of scrutiny - Stepford Wives! lol

This was certainly discussed at great length by so-called experts in the EU Parliament. :ROFLMAO:
