I admit that I am one of those who is very anxious about the lack of news.

I changed my initial specification but never had written confirmation that it was changed, I wasn't worried because as when they sent us the contract there would still be time to make changes,....

I know that my car is already built, and fortunately according to the requested changes.

But, seeing the photo that @Tilly has shared, I'm sure that the most interested in giving us the cars in IA. To this day all IA have done is spend money massively. They haven't cashed in a single Grenadier yet, but they're still manufacturing, taking on even more costs. So stored as they are in the picture, AI is taking a huge risk that a hailstorm will ruin those deliveries.

I think I'll be driving my Grenadier very soon, although an explanation as to why they are not delivering the cars would do us a lot of good.

I booked on 30 September 2021.
I placed the order on 19 May 2022.

The website still shows my original order,... and they never sent me the contract.

I know a number of us are frustrated with the lack of communication and the ongoing saga of the, apparent software/hardware issues, that have meant that no cars have been delivered to customers even though some of these came off the production line late last year. This got me wondering about the bigger picture and in particular, the impact this will have on the agents who Ineos have contracted to promote/deliver and maintain the cars. Without being privy to the terms of the arrangements, it is clear from what I have seen, that these agents have not only built or modified existing showrooms, but they have also employed sales/promotion staff, allocated workshop staff and time, to ensure they are ready to PDI and handover the cars and take future orders for cars. This level of commitment will have come at a considerable cost to both Ineos and the agent. Whilst Ineos clearly has significant funds to cover this, I have to wonder whether the agents are beginning to regret getting involved in this project, given that no cars have been delivered and therefore, I assume, no sales income receive

Very valid comment John, I asked my agent the very same question. The investment is substantial, plus the frustration of not having a demo vehicle promised in October last year.

Been to my dealer‘s showroom opening here in Germany yesterday.

Staff has been working long hours for the past weeks to bring the showroom up, getting systems and documentation in line, train employees, taking deliveries of vehicles,….

Mood was excellent. Everyone was very positive. They say they patched some vehicles and aside some of the dealer-mounted addons that are still pending delivery everything is good and ready for handover.

Mentioned that in a German post yesterday: Ineos guy expects payment collect mails flying in next week for wave one and first vehicles on road in EU by mid April.

I met all of them before and they looked mich more relaxed yesterday than in the past months.

Exhausted, but more relaxed and confident.

I know. Feels like we been there few times before.

Fingers crossed.

Grange Edinburgh thought they’d have a demo vehicle in December, they still haven’t got one as far as I know.

It also seems like no contracts have been sent out for a good while now.. who was the last one on here to get one?

There was a bunch of us who got them all about a month ago. My agent seems to think that they have sent contracts to people whose cars they know they will be able to build so they must have sight on batches of parts deliveries.
