I refer to my wolfbox as the “Strap-On” …as I used the straps to mount to the existing mirror.

I refer to my wolfbox as the “Strap-On” …as I used the straps to mount to the existing mirror. Works well for me but I am considering mounting the mirror so that it is just above the infotainment system which would still allow me use of the OEM rearview mirror while giving a better field of view for the forward camera (no interference from the ADAS box).

Quickly back on topic: Wolfbox sell a centre console base bracket that might be adaptable to one of the dash mounting rail systems. It won't be tall enough to sit behind the infotainment screen but would sit nicely on the space above the telltale panel.

The WB mount doesn’t fit factory IA ball without this kit:

Yes, the 15mm Adapter with the supplied connector should work, though you may find 'adjustability' to be limited.
