1) Why does my G900Pro continue to ask me to format the SD card? This occurs while driving…
2) why does it also want to keep turning the WiFi on while I am driving? This is truly the most annoying thing as the message takes up the middle of the screen thus endearing the rear view useless for about 2-3 minutes.
Try WB tech support?
Eject, and reinsert the SD card?
Unplug, replug the mirror?

Sounds frustrating. Only glitch I have is the occasional emergency recording (yellow bar) when I hit a harsh bump.

I don't get #1, but I have gotten #2 a couple of times, and never while messing with the phone or the mirror - it just turns on wifi. Weird.

I also haven't been able to pair my Pixel 7 with the mirror, but I'm guessing that's just user error. I haven't tried very hard.

Was going to but also wanted to see if any else on here had the same issues.

I can pair my phone but then have to disconnect from the truck and lose the CarPlay connection.

#1: You can disable the prompt in the menu. But it's recommended that you format it every one or two week.
#2: That may caused by voice control. We're working on it now and will solve it through firmware update.

In fact, we will update new firmware in WolfBox Community. You can download it for a better experience. Thank you for your support🍻

Hi. I have the g900 4k + 2.5k and am in the UK. I love the product. I see the g900 pro is on pre order now and I think it has a better rear camera ? Potentially 4k? Is it possible to swap out the rear camera for the better one once they are released. And will you sell the rear cameras separately? Thanks for any help.

Thank you for your question. The rear cam of the G900 Pro is not 4K and not compatible with the G900. But the power cable and harwire kit are suitable for the Pro.

Thanks for reply. So if you want the g900 pro you can get it and use the existing wiring from the g900 and just swap in the mirror and rear camera? Thanks.

ngl, not interested in the Wolfbox as a solution, but has anyone wired their dashcam to any of the existing wires in the overhead console?
In my other vehicles, I've wired the dashcams to ACC or ON position, not constantly on.
What wire in the overhead is hot only with key ON?

The OEM bracket requires the Amazon ball adapter. Or you can use the rubber bands, or the 67designs mount.
Did I miss somewhere a link to the Amazon ball — is that a swivel ball?

Do I need the extension cable — what is it needed for?

The WB mount doesn’t fit factory IA ball without this kit:

I’m finally buying the cam. Getting the 900pro. I’m still a bit confused about which cables to get bc it says it comes with a 4 fuse kit.

The accessories list has a hardwire kit and rear camera extension cables. Do I just need hardwire kit or both? Do I need the reverse camera plate? Lastly do I get the OEM mount or the 67design mount thingy that others mention, but have no idea what that is..? Anything else?

You only need order the Basic G900Pro kit. This kit includes the the hardwire harness. If your installer prefers it you can also add the 33' cable for the rear camera. The reverse camera plate applies only if you want to mount the reverse camera externally above your license plate. The 67 Design mount is the best mounting option if you don't want to strap the Wolfbox to the OEM mirror, it allows the mirror to be placed in a greater range of positions. To use the OEM Wolfbox bracket you will also need to get this kit from Amazon, ball adapter kit, which does make the mount a bit more low profile. Choose OEM bracket kit "1" if you want to go that route.

@WolfBox I was wondering if you had a set up for two rear cameras. One for the rear mirror and then one for trunk. I'm thinking for the QM, have a camera to view cars behind. then one in the cover tub for when I am traveling with my dogs in their travel kennels.

Sorry, we only have one rear cam system now.

Thank you, I think you helped me earlier too! So if I don’t get the 33’ cable, will the install have a potential problem? I’ll look up the 67design mount option and see what how that works.

whether you need the 33' cable depends 100% on where you run the cable. If you run it along the roof it appears no one needs the longer cable, but if like me, you run it along the floor and up the A pilar, you need it. I came up about 9 inches short! The cable is cheap. When in doubt buy it.

I refer to my wolfbox as the “Strap-On” 😂…as I used the straps to mount to the existing mirror. Works well for me but I am considering mounting the mirror so that it is just above the infotainment system which would still allow me use of the OEM rearview mirror while giving a better field of view for the forward camera (no interference from the ADAS box).
