I was there Friday, deffo the only Gren there that day, felt slightly outnumbered by the 1000s of new defender there!I went to the "Defender Burghley Horse Trials 2023" yesterday, (Defender Burghley Horse Trials), and saw three Grenadiers there, two with officials, (one borrowed from Busseys) and one loose in the car park.
It was moderately easy to find my Grenadier in the car park.
Thanks thats perfect, much appreciated@joejet
Hope this is what you've asked for:
Any orphan connectors in the wiring harness in there my friend ? I am also looking to retrofit the inverter and outlets . It seems they were planning for 2 outlets one next the 2 usb ports in the rear and one between the empty space of the jack cover and the cargo space cover .
Which town are you camping in?Today driving to Hungary, now camping in.
But after my lunch, I thought my trip was finished:
I have a sound file of the rattling noise, but don't know how to post it here. My guess: no petrol injected in the motor. But I am not sure.
- Ignition didn't do it, but I had a rattle noise
- I had an almost full tank of cheaper Gasoline
️ from Luxemburg
- Battery was OK
- I tried several times, to no avail
- I disconnected all my electrical stuff (fridge, cell phone, wireless dongel, etc.)
- I made a supplementary 10 minutes pause, still nothing, only rattling
- I wrote down my location on a paper and wanted to call road assistance, but ...
- I pushed with my finger all the fuses and relays down (those that I could reach)
- And the car started!
- After that, no problems anymore
