Petrol owners are lucky, the front fuel filter on the diesel is really exposed. The FF is in the tank on the B58 version. There was talk of an optional extra filter .

I'm sure someone could fab a plate to suit.Petrol owners are lucky, the front fuel filter on the diesel is really exposed.
It is being worked on, not sure of the time frame - when it happens is the reality.I'm sure someone could fab a plate to suit.
Got a picture of the location?
Lucky in that the fuel filter is not exposed but unlucky in that it will be a real pain when you do need to change the filter . Personally I’d rather have the filter and the pump outside of the tank in an accessible place.Petrol owners are lucky, the front fuel filter on the diesel is really exposed.
I agree with accessible, but putting it in an accessible but vulnerable position is unhelpful.Lucky in that the fuel filter is not exposed but unlucky in that it will be a real pain when you do need to change the filter . Looks like fun! How did the winch work for ya? Did you option the axle lockers in yours?Went for a good drive...camping and 4x4ing...
Winch worked well, needed to use my snatch strap as an extension, lockers were engaged but were useless unfortunately , vegetation was sparce as you can see, but it worked fortunately as I was on my own and a long way from helpLooks like fun! Yeah! They just opened all of the roads around it the day before. 200klms of mud holes mostly.Looks like a pretty sloppy track!
I came so close to buying one from Owl while I was there yesterday.Installed the Agile Off-road ATS steering stabilizer. Took her out for a short drive. The steering seems slightly lighter. It may drift a little less on the highway and the return to center is slightly better.
Cheers.

How did you end up mounting it? I've been wanting to do the same with a PD charging mount.I long ago bailed on the oversize and clumsy look of the Ram mounts. I now have the Peak Design magnetic charger/holder mounted on the front panel. So clean and much nicer.

Since I don't have the heated seats, I simply used the two sided tape to attach the mount to the panel. Then I ran the USB cable from the cubby box and up to the bottom of the magnetic charger phone mount. If you have the switches for the heated seats then you need to find another surface to mount it to.How did you end up mounting it? I've been wanting to do the same with a PD charging mount.
Time for some KM3’s!Winch worked well, needed to use my snatch strap as an extension, lockers were engaged but were useless unfortunately , vegetation was sparce as you can see, but it worked fortunately as I was on my own and a long way from help
KO's are definitely not good for this mud, but I'm not sure if MT's would be any better, here's my boots after bashing them out on the sliderTime for some KM3’s!
Those KO2’s become useless when in sticky mud.
Good thing for hose out interiors!KO's are definitely not good for this mud, but I'm not sure if MT's would be any better, here's my boots after bashing them out on the slider

Ahh, ok. Not having the heated seats would leave a great spot for the mount.
