So, is it the consensus that an Ineos dealer can install an OEM tow receiver and all electronics as if factory equipped?

To the best of my knowledge, no, they cannot do so to OEM/factory spec. The receiver part is not the problem as far as I am aware, it's the wiring and software that's the hangup.

Ty for the quick update. I will report back to this thread what the San Antonio dealer says. But it's nice to know the answer to this question beforehand from a non-salesperson.

Updating: San Antonio dealer said Ineos “was sourcing” parts for a dealer installed tow hitch and electrics. Nothing done yet, but “in the works.”
