I'm going to put my AC water ingress issue in writing to dealer and see the response. Is there anyway to find out from Ineos directly that this issue is identifiable and if so repairable? Formal notices that being. Or is the dealer the only entity that gets this info. And if the dealer has this info do they notify owners or wait until owners complain? I'm going to escalate the advice I have been given very soon.

Once we get the report back on what was done from the SC I'll know better. But initial feeling is unless it's a recall then it's down to the owner although the SC may enlighten the owner but only If it's in for something else.

I am chasing IG for another issue that's well known over here too. I'll see how that pans out too.

Apparently there is a tsb on this issue and my vehicle had it. It was the first at the dealer in Auckland to be remedied. I’m awaiting the completion paperwork following the work, but on initial testing of heavy rain it seems fixed! 😁👍🏼🤞🏽
Like all the tsb’s it states early on that “only a small number of unit’s are affected” 🤣
Nice marketing INEOS!

Did you get yours fixed?
We have ended up having to take ours to a SC nearer home after loosing any heating or cooling on either system. After a unsuccessful attempt to fix, a new AC unit has been agreed by IG. Hopefully get her home next weekend.

Doesn't go in till end of the month, they are having it for 3 days to do the first service at the same time.

I have a 2024 70 series Land Cruiser (2.8 auto) with the same problem or similar. 3 month old car with 11000km on the clock.

Had aircon leaking in passenger footwell, could hear a sound like aerosol can when doing a right turn.
Toyota failed to fix despite me telling them about this problem and it ended up frying the ecu, completely saturated it.
I’m now without the car for 6 weeks waiting for parts, new wiring loom, ecu, carpet and other bits.
Joined this forum because I’m so disappointed with Toyota I thought I might have to jump ship so a little frustrating to see Ineos having such a similar issue !
But also the old ‘buy Toyota, reliable, parts availability’ etc is plain old bullshit it seems

Toyota reliability is BS. I guess when you "self report" there are never any issues!!
