I know you kill them there but I didn't know you like to eat them as well.On the plus side our restaurant experience is pretty good, despite the continuing shortage of backpackers.![]()

Had a number of conversations with the head of product and the outgoing head of VIP - even he & she doesn’t know what remedial production measures they need to doAm I the only one who is slowly but surly getting tired of waiting?
I have to admit that from time to time I think whether I should just quit my order.
Do I need a psychologist?
I’ve already said too much.I know you kill them there but I didn't know you like to eat them as well.![]()
Another one leaving?the outgoing head of VIP
Contract signed on 7 November. In production (according to account) since January 9. Car is built and is in Hambach (according to Ineos employee). Since then nothing more heard. My car will not have side rails. There are supposed to have been quality problems. Who knows?Oh God! That is not good news!
So is everyone who is now getting a vehicle or at least VIN’s a November signing? Or have some of the January signings jumped ahead in the queue?
Do you mean the bump strips? My car will not have side rails. There are supposed to have been quality problems. Who knows?
Oh yes. I mean the bump strips.Do you mean the bump strips?
I didn’t order side rails but when it arrived at the dealer, it had them. Tbh, I’m quite pleased and they’re foc. That’s something I heard too. The quality of the bump strips was too low and all vehicles are currently being fitted with utility rails instead. You’ll be able to get free replacements when the parts become available at the dealer.
That’s a result!I didn’t order side rails but when it arrived at the dealer, it had them. Tbh, I’m quite pleased and they’re foc.
Yes, I wonder how many will keep them on and maybe leave the bump strips in a bag at the back of the garage, or we'll see a glut of them on ebay?I didn’t order side rails but when it arrived at the dealer, it had them. Tbh, I’m quite pleased and they’re foc.
Great car! Obviously very capable on smooth surfaces! More than enough for most peoples off road needs here in Germany. That's it, you whiney girls have convinced me I'm sick of waiting as well, so I'm going to buy two of these instead for the same price as one IG. What a bargain.
Said NO ONE EVER......
The Tank...............yeah nah
@Halliwell Jones Chester your "guess" is spot on. There is a "stage in production" that the VIN "appears". Just received the following response from IA Customer Service confirming same:I have vehicles that are in production without a VIN and some with. I'm merely guessing that it's at some point down the production line the VIN is issued to us as it must be attached internally before the vehicle goes down the line.
Nice to see I've got something right then.@Halliwell Jones Chester your "guess" is spot on. There is a "stage in production" that the VIN "appears". Just received the following response from IA Customer Service confirming same:

Hi Mark,
Thank you very much for your patience.
It appears your vehicle has not yet reached that stage in production, but will be making progress over the course of next few weeks.
I will keep an eye on your profile and will continuously check if the VIN will appear. Once I have this information on hand, I will contact you again to notify you of this.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further assistance.
