Mine also has the utility belt which I hadn't ordered - apparently they ran out of the standard bump strips but will get more stock in q2 if I still want them. The dealer said that it may be mid March before they get it sorted and it’s something they can do locally. It’s can’t be super critical as the press cars were all updated for on road use. Fingers crossed that it’s not going to take another month.
There were a few other bits missing but they’ll be sent to the dealer for installation. The rear door table and the Union Jack flag badge for example.
One bonus was that it had the side utility rails fitted even though I’d not ordered them.
That's a AU$740 option here in Australia. I'd be happy to save that and get free rails!!Mine also has the utility belt which I hadn't ordered - apparently they ran out of the standard bump strips but will get more stock in q2 if I still want them.
You could see it this way: the car is already a legend. I don‘t think that there is a precedence for such a procedure and such customer-to-be loyalty. If only IA would understand what solid group of patrons they have already and show some redpect and gratitude.Mid-March.........I can't stand it, I just can't take it anymore.......aaaaaargh!!!!!!!
They know that! They will deliver the vehicles to us as soon as they meet their very high quality requirements. I can only repeat, patience is required. You could see it this way: the car is already a legend. I don‘t think that there is a precedence for such a procedure and such customer-to-be loyalty. As long as the 2 surviving members of the band don't jump the IA queue ......Lynyrd Skynyrd song
"I'm keepin' my faith, I'm trustin' in you
So don't treat me like those other ones do
There ain't no gettin' round it, tell me to my face
Do you think I'm a fool for keepin' my faith in you, oh baby, oh
I'm keepin' my faith in you, oh baby"
They strike me as being more the types to choose the local brew.As long as the 2 surviving members of the band don't jump the IA queue ......
It is somewhat ironic that a vehicle aspiring to be as analog as possible is suffering from the malady of 21st century electronics! It’s probably more of a burning question for some than it is for me, but my agent said in November that everything was going to come down to a software update
The only issue I have with the key, the one I used on the PT02 felt a bit flimsy. Yes it was a PT02 and yes had probably had a hard short life, so I am hoping the production one is a bit more robust. It’s probably more of a burning question for some than it is for me, but my agent said in November that everything was going to come down to a software update. So whatever this is, it is taking its time coming out or being developed or the problem being solved.
When I had a look around the IG recently I noticed the size of a glove box, as Pragmatic says it certainly lives up to its name.
No push button start for whoever asked. It’s a key and on RHD vehicles it is on the left hand side like a Volvo or BMW

(Including the police, a method they deploy when stopping drivers in the UK - not that that has happened to me I must emphasise)It’s probably more of a burning question for some than it is for me, but my agent said in November that everything was going to come down to a software update. It is mate.I have no problem living without a start button.
but i wish that the key to start could be folded so that the whole thing doesn't get too big and make a hole in my new fieldmaster jacket
Ah yes I remember that picture . The middle button is to local your grenadier in the crowded car park full of other grenadiers of a similar colourFrom an earlier thread post from Switzerland
