Any idea on what the print cost might be for an item like this?
Or what material might be best? I watched a video explaining all the different types of filaments and I must admit, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and had no idea there were so many different kinds.

Please tell me you carry a butterfly knife in your car. There is only one other person I known that carries a butterfly knife and that is my uncle.
Nope. Sorry it is an old Leatherman i have there. But if you wish you probably could. I have designed the deeper compartments so it does fit several sizes of folding knives....

Added two sideboards from HGM-Rack last week for the Overland Fuel diesel tanks and on the other side the ladder for the RTT.

The sideboards are light and because it consists of one part, it is easy to install.

Mounted the ladder with clamps from Quick fist. They are very solid and recommended for installing items on your grenadier that come off more often.
Lovely setup you have here!
I'm a huge fan of the Bush Company products.
I am however curious about the Grenadier's performance and general feel with all this added weight and height.
Is the standard suspension coping with it?

I had an idea to make a temporary off and on canopy that shades and rainproofs the rear entrance with the doors open and the table down for a bite to eat and a cuppa...I sourced some double clips[Saint S350] that went straight over the 25mm grab/tie down rail and I thought of using 25mm tubes for the canopy to thread onto...the tube was going to be too long...I sourced a spreader rail[Tentworld] that is telescopic and cut them down to fit across behind the back seat[pic]...the spreader rails have an eyelet on each end...one for a pole if needed in the breeze and the other a tie down...the rails will sit on the rubber surrounds of the grab/tie down rail area and tension from the tonneau cover material will hold the rails in place...yet to be made...but the interesting part is that I have wanted bars to go into the luggage barrier fixing points[pic]for grab rails for entry[pic]to the back seats or as in the rear to hang things off...or whatever...perfect dual system...I will post the final canopy idea...the spreader rail is OZ made and strong as[pic]...my wife has just tested the hand rail to enter the vehicle and I got the all clear...that is my arm thank you...happy times (y)

Those are high lift holes (if you have the little adapter), correct?

Here is the 3d file for the insert of the cubby box of the Ineos Grenadier.
You can 3d print it. If you do not own a 3d printer use a print service like materialize or something similar and maybe also cheaper.
free to use for everyone. you can alter the file as much as you like. please do not sell it. if someone asks where you got it from please refer to this forum.
enjoy
ps.: would be nice if you post a photo of your prints.

Thank you for your development on this insert and for sharing the 3D file.
You clearly have the ability and the means for this work. Are you interested in developing other solutions?
The flat shelf on top of the dashboard is begging to be improved. Ineos put some thought into this area with the non-slip pad, but the edge is not high enough to keep things in place when driving. A tray of approximately 25mm (1 inch) deep would be a good improvement. Is that something you might use yourself, and be interested in developing and sharing the file?
Maybe we could crowd source designs for this and other areas then commission you to develop a solution. You should not do it for free though!
