About time for first oil change and dealer visit, here is what I got.

1. Busted Key fob, spring broke immediately.
2. Steering wheel error light appeared once ( apparently software glitch)
3. Check engine light never goes out, could also be software
4. Roof rack and awning been waiting for 6 months
5. Tire Pressure shows, blank screen and tire sensors have failed( updated)
6. HVAC makes a racket on high
7. Cruise control non-functional, likely related to check engine lights.
8. Praying for ADAS software update
9. Passenger Air Bag off line ( forgot that one)

Will check with wife later on final list. Hopefully goes better then this weeks visit to FORD where they denied a broken door lock because scratches on lock indicate someone tried to break in

Did they give you an accessory credit or something? If not, I wouldn’t be waiting around for the RR rack and awning (#4) - there are better options available and you can get them pretty much right away

On the cruise control, it may be caused by the parking break being very slightly engaged- not noticeable and not enough to trigger the idiot light. Pull it up, then force it all the way down. That worked for me when my cruise control wasn’t working at delivery.

If a check engine light is on, cruise will not work.

Have you tried to open your NATO cap? Mine was locked up pretty good.

What is your build date and #. Looking to see if there are common issues with certain builds. I also wonder if some Dealers are better suited to sort some of these issues prior to delivery where others are not.

My fan queirened down after a few months, just bedding in!

Was it a high pitched noise that it made at the highest setting? Like a whistle almost. Only on the highest setting. That's what I'm hearing - new owner.. hope it goes away!

No ADAS software.

Are you taking it in because you are at 12K miles or 1 year since manufactured? I need to take mine in soon, as my 'service soon' message is down to like 15 days or so but I'm only at 7750 or so miles.

I like your thread, I may post one similar as I have a list of stuff that needs to be fixed as well. I don't know if we should all jump into your thread or do a separate one for each vehicle. Another useful data point will be what you get charged for service, since there are what, a dozen dealers, it would be good to compare the costs.

I was at 7,610 and a monthish shy of one year when I took mine in for the 12k. Did the oil change, diffs, and also had them do a transfer box fluid service too. The transfer case wasn't needed but I've seen others post they drained theirs and there was a good amount metal in the fluid so I figured it was a wise investment.

The dealer was also kind enough to set the reminder to the longest period possible, which is two years.

We are at like close to 8K, no service light yet, but close to popping, Since it needs warranty work and the other stuff they promised us, and there is no ability yet to reset the oil service light I am taking it there. I used to always take new vehicles to the dealer for oil changes, which are usually cheap, and they can fix any warranty work. But after getting screwed over this week by FORD that policy ends. If its minor issues, I will pay a shop out of pocket and get my service work done there. Warranties are not honored very often any longer. I guess we need to do the 12K service as well, since its 5.5hrs away. Or have someone else do it later at a local shop.

Well, I made my appointment online at Mossy Houston for next Tuesday. I was able to select the initial service and check battery as services. That brought up the statement below. I've never paid that much for maintenance before. In fact, I think the last several vehicles I've bought included either free initial or 24 month maintenance Volvo, Jaguar, GMC and Alfa Romeo.

There was no box to add all my warranty issues, I guess I'll give them the list when I get there. Most of it is pretty quick except for the AC peeing in the driver side floorboard, I hear that takes several hours.

1. 12K Service
2. Rotate Tires
3. Sticking Door Buttons on two doors
4. Loose door seals
5. Battery SOC never above 55%
6. Water in Floorboard
7. Headlights come on randomly when it is bright outdoors
