My safari roof seals were changed a 2 or 3 times. Water would appear on the roof drip in dash and down the b pillars int rear footwell, car facing up hill. The water collecting between door seals never entered the cabin just collected between the 2 until you open the door, hence the need for holes in outer seals. No drips from the cabin filter. I've had the cowel trim off a couple of times to check and made sure the drain is clear. Its driver and passenger as well.
If you are facing down hill then is does suggest the drain holes in safari roof could be blocked. Is it on an incline enough to stop any excess water getting to the top/rear of the safari roof seals as i suspect that is where the main problem lies with them. Could be something else but I would get the seals changed again.
This style of sunroof were always problematic and I thought would be an issue when I got the vehicle. On the plus side, I wasn't disappointed
