Yes but to know it is on the same patch of dirt

Feel for the poor buggers from Perth who may have an IG on board and had to watch it sail past.

Hey @DaveB a few months ago you were told, and shared with us, that your vehicle was built. Great excitement by everyone at the time. Have you heard any more on yours? Is it in batch and hold, is it on the Don Carlos?? Any updates??

Well the ETA of anyone's Grenadier is subject to the odd rough wave.

The last 400km may be easy compared to the waiting time to unload/clear quarantine.

Anyone with a recent update on vehicle backlog at Melbourne ports?

Yep!!
I really hope it's not delayed further than this...
Do you know if every ship is being quarantined? or do they just test a few cars on the ship and if no bio hazards are found, then they can unload?

I mentioned this issue very with a MB dealer a week ago (wife looking for a new coy car).

He had heard the backlog of cars for inspection/cleaning etc. was being quickly reduced and, importantly, that ships arriving with only vehicles from Europe were being NOT subject to the some level of checking for seeds/bugs etc compared to ships with cars from Asia.

What that may mean in terms of days from berthing to delivery to INEOS agent - no idea.

In normal times it's around 10 days.
