Thank you Stu for posting this. I parked in the rain the other night and had about a cup of water in the passenger footwell. I spoke to my dealer and they did not mention this. I have sent the TSB to the service department and asked them to add to the list.

I've got this. It's not coolant. The dealer says pad behind the dash failed. (See Photos) New one on order, like the NSR reversing sensor (9 weeks) and front left door seal (3 weeks) part supply chain really bad..

Update: This occurs more frequently when I pull a hard left and to be honest, I think I can almost hear the water slosh/the drips hitting the plastics on the way down... we had about 75% humidity today and this triggers it for sure. AC was running at 24c.

Mines like this tonight. After using the demister to clear up condensation on the windscreen. I have a little patch of water. I had the TSB done (new type cabin filter) and makes no difference.

Perhaps this is why they built in removable rain holes in the floor 🤣

It’s just so frustrating. Everything apart from the HVAC and the water droplets has been fixed.
Cannot be fixed without pulling dash apart - not properly anyway. I'm bringing up the repair strategy with my dealer this week.

Yep, mine is going in next month for 1st service and to remove the dash to have the foam HVAC seal sorted. Aparanently the dealer has had a few in and IA has issued a TSB for it.

The small dribble on the LHD drivers floor may is on my dealer list. I’ll probably schedule it for November, along with a handful of little items.

Likely heading to the same dealer to get mine done too. Picked it up Saturday last week, but be heading back with her once a slots available. Same issue, looks like Kermits had an accident in the passenger footwell.
Not been the best start so far.

This is what they are doing with mine at the moment 👍🏼
But at least they loaned me a doppelgänger for a while, which actually turns out to be my original order with safari windows.
Hopefully all my issues will be resolved during this remediation 🤞🏽

Hope they’re counting those screws in and out!

A lot of negativity in this thread, I am surprised some haven’t been accused of having multiple user accounts and told to go away
Na just kidding
I hope the water issue gets sorted for all

Shitake has been away over a week now at the dealer. I am assured all is now fixed and I’ll be picking it up on Tuesday after our long weekend. Armstrongs have been super accommodating in allowing me to have another Trialmaster for the period. 😁👍🏼
I seriously hope all is remedied and especially the “vibration” which my loaner is silently lacking!

Ok….they had Shitake for just over a week and this was partly due to the HVAC penetration remedial work being their first attempt so they wanted to be careful.
Apparently all leaks fixed so fingers crossed 🤞🏽 or damen drucken for Austrians 😉
The vibration is pretty well all gone so that is absolutely AWESOME!!! I did detect some residual noise there but I think we all know that this drivetrain has an inherent vibration.
Wading mode achievable - phew 😮‍💨
All leaking seals replaced, but sadly they were also forced to cut the notches in the front door ones 🙄 I’m assured this was necessary and under instructions.
Software updated to this one in the pic (2940) which was interesting. Time will tell if this has anything “extra” ? 🤷🏼‍♂️
Overall I’m a very happy customer 😁👍🏼
