Found the surface hard & slippy so stuck some car mat carpet on it. Works a treat now & when folded stores on the right hand side with a bungee. Has rubber feet under it & the ends are angled, top & bottom.

Where did you get your ramp? I got a telescoping aluminum one like yours called "DogWalk" made by Kleinmetal (via Amazon) and they aren't available any more.
