1) Anyway to catch this at PDI? I am not too shy to crawl underneath and have a look when I go pick mine up.I was thinking the same thing.
2) What are the build dates of the ones that are leaking and is there more than 2 that we know of?

I'm not sure that you'd see this at PDI, as they are fairly "fresh" off the boat, and definitely not with many miles on them. If it was leaking enough to be seen (like in the photos above), it would absolutely be caught at the PDI1) Anyway to catch this at PDI? Have you noticed any drips on the floor. Mine had what I thought was a leak in the same spot. It was the same color as what you have, but was more like a grease than oil. I wiped it off and has not come back in a couple hundred miles.I noticed a bit of oil leaking under my grenadier recently, not sure what it is. Any advice?
That oil appears to be motor oil. It could be dripping down from the oil filter, and tracking along the motor. Try and trace up the motor to find the leak. Or start on top of motor and look for where it looks dry, to where oil is present. Check all sides of motor. Looks like dripping down on starter motor. Could be coming from bell housing, and rear main shaft seal.I noticed a bit of oil leaking under my grenadier recently, not sure what it is. Any advice?
You are at the leading edge of learning how well the Grenadier can keep oil IN.It seems to be that I have a leak at the front differential. Noticed some small spots of oil on the floor, so I took a closer look. See pictures.
It's getting real Defender looks now, it's starts to piss my driveway.... But it's a bit soon, only have > 26000 km now.

I have the same and couldn’t get it fixed in Southern Africa as apparently a special tool is required that they didn’t have.It seems to be that I have a leak at the front differential. Noticed some small spots of oil on the floor, so I took a closer look. See pictures.

My transfer case (AUS vehicle) appears to also be leaking so its not limited to only US cars. Looks like its the TC front output shaft seal others have been reporting here. This transfer case leak is becoming more common. I’m curious why only North American vehicles are beginning to see this issue while I haven’t seen reports of this out of Europe/aus/nz in 2023.
Just noticed this older tread. Just toe give you guys an update. When the car went in for his second oil change, they also fixed this leak. Just a joint, no big job. All under warranty. So it isn’t fixed yet. I am afraid that once they want to fix this, the car will be a time out. And that would be a problem for me. Well we will see on Thursday when the car goes to the dealer for some other fixes.
