Adjust Safari windows

My seals around the Safari windows have softened a bit, so at certain angles I get a water leak.
Noticeably I can flip the catches with my little finger, so it feels quite loose

Does anyone know if the catches or latches are adjustable?

They just need to lock down a fraction more.
